工艺原理:

This product is a true large inclined plate sedimentation, which solves the problem of traditional inclined plate sedimentation blockage. It has the following characteristics:

The inclined plate and inclined tube are collectively referred to as shallow sedimentation tanks, which are based on the principle of shallow sedimentation. The processing capacity of the sedimentation tank is only related to the bottom area A and sedimentation rate u0 of the sedimentation tank, and is independent of the depth of the sedimentation tank.

The traditional inclined tube sedimentation uses a fiberglass plate bonding to form an inclined tube cavity, artificially reducing the space of the sludge discharge channel and making it more disorderly after debonding. The inclined plate sedimentation module made of ethylene propylene copolymer has a plate thickness of less than 0.5mm, strength, and small plate spacing. After strengthening with vertical rib plates, it essentially forms a square shaped hole inclined tube sedimentation. The honeycomb tube structure of inclined tube or inclined plate sedimentation, with its narrow single sedimentation space, can easily cause sludge to block between the plates and cannot be discharged smoothly!
