On the basis of combining the advantages of traditional CSTR and UASB reactors, the BIO-MC fully mixed anaerobic reactor has been successfully developed. The success of this product is based on an optimized flow mixing and stirring system and a degassing sedimentation module. With a unique agitator design and fluidization arrangement, the mud and water are fully mixed. The top degassing module can separate gas, water, and sludge under water flow transmission. This makes the design more compact and economical. The wastewater that needs to be treated is pumped into the reactor using an efficient water distribution system with the bottom pump of the reactor. Through a mixing and stirring system, the wastewater and anaerobic reaction in the reactor produce biogas that enters the biogas treatment system through the biogas pipe opening and pipeline at the top of the reactor.
