Fenton Advanced Oxidation System
工艺原理:

Advanced oxidation technology for deep treatment mainly utilizes the oxidation ability of oxidants to oxidize organic matter in wastewater into carbon dioxide and water. Among them, advanced oxidation technology that can generate hydroxyl radicals is the most effective.


The Fenton advanced oxidation system is applied in the advanced treatment stage of difficult to biodegrade wastewater. In response to the constantly improving wastewater discharge standards, advanced oxidation technology must be used to further remove COD, chromaticity, and other pollutants from wastewater that is difficult to biodegrade. Fenton advanced oxidation reaction produces hydroxyl radicals (· OH), which utilize their advanced oxidation ability to react with organic matter in wastewater, and can be decomposed and oxidized into H2O2 and CO2, oxidizing and decomposing the difficult to biodegrade COD in wastewater.


The Fenton oxidation tower developed by Xichun Environmental Protection integrates fluidized bed technology, heterogeneous oxidation technology, and carrier coating technology. A mixing system and a good water distribution and agent distribution system are designed to fully mix wastewater and agents to achieve complete oxidation. During the reaction process, the iron salt produced by Fenton reagent is coated on the surface of the carrier in the form of crystallization or precipitation. The iron salt coated on the surface of the special filler plays a heterogeneous catalytic oxidation role, forming a multiphase oxidation system, thereby reducing the addition of Fenton reagent.


This technology can be designed as a tank or pool according to customer needs, and its advantages are as follows:
