BIO-CYCLONE Swirl Aeration Equipment
工艺原理:

The BIO-CYCLONE aerobic cyclone is made of ultra-high molecular weight polymer, which has a high tolerance to general acidic and alkaline environments. High flow compressed air is directly sent into the gas-liquid mixer through a small caliber air supply pipe, and after passing through the guide plate, it forms a spiral upward airflow that meets the wedge-shaped material in the mixer and is crushed to form fine bubbles. The fine bubbles are then fully mixed with the sucked liquid in the mixing chamber, forming a spiral spray out of the gas-liquid mixer and forming a strong circulating flow around the gas-liquid mixer, increasing the retention time of the micro bubbles in water. This greatly improves the utilization rate of oxygen, and achieves the optimal mixing state of the incoming air and activated sludge in the tank. The longest retention time.

Structural advantages


1. Double nozzle single spiral structure


There is no obstruction from the cross blade swirl generator, so it is less suitable to block than a single nozzle double spiral structure swirl generator.
