The cyclone aerator is made of PA66 and has a high tolerance to general acidic and alkaline environments. High flow compressed air is directly sent into the gas-liquid mixer through a small diameter air supply pipe. After passing through the guide plate, it forms a spiral shaped upward airflow that meets the wedges inside the mixer and is crushed to form fine bubbles. The fine bubbles are then fully mixed with the sucked liquid in the mixer and spiral sprayed out of the gas-liquid mixer, forming a circulating flow around the gas-liquid mixer to increase the retention time of the micro bubbles in water. This greatly improves the utilization rate of oxygen, allowing the incoming air and activated sludge in the tank to reach the optimal mixing state and the longest retention time.
